Tip of the Day #202: Keeping Berries Fresh

Prolong the life of fresh berries by preparing a mixture of one part vinegar (white or apple cider work best) and ten parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around. Drain, then rinse and pop in the fridge!

    1. Could be 1 cup to 10 cups or 1 tsp to 10 tsps.Whatever you use one of you add ten of water.
